If you're not satisfied, contact support@conditions.site within 14 days of a charge for a full refund. Refund requests are also handled through Lemon Squeezy.
Reports are modeled estimates assembled from third-party public data and are provided for informational purposes. They are not a guarantee of actual conditions and are not professional advice. You are responsible for independently verifying any value before relying on it. We are not liable for errors in third-party data sources or for how reports are used.
Don't abuse the service: no attempts to bypass plan limits, scrape at scale, disrupt the service, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that do.
The service depends on third-party data providers and may be unavailable or incomplete for some locations or dates. We provide the service "as is" without warranties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may delete your account from Settings once any paid subscription is cancelled, and after any issued checkout safety interval, provider verification, or in-flight billing update resolves, or contact support for help. You do not have to wait for a cancelled subscription to reach the end of its paid period. Deleting before that date forfeits the remainder of the period with no refund, and resuming the subscription afterwards does not restore the deleted account. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
